I am a compassionate and empathetic psychotherapist who is dedicated to providing a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for you to freely speak your truth. My goal is to give you room to explore yourself and lead the sessions in whichever direction you feel you need to go. I am here to support you towards living a fuller life while guiding you toward self-awareness and empowerment.

While I like to work from a holistic client-centered approach, I understand each individual has their own unique needs. Whether you’re going through depression, anxiety, trauma, maternal mental health, or just going through a hard time, I can tailor your sessions accordingly. I work with evidence-based techniques such as ACT, CBT, IFS, EFT, Solution Focused, and Gottman Couples Therapy.

My passion and motivation for helping others is inspired by my own personal struggles with mental health, self-compassion, and empowerment. I’m here to work with you in a collaborative nature and remind you that you are not alone.

This clinic was founded from a passion for a holistic, client-centered approach to wellness. Drawing on my own experiences with mental health and therapy, I am committed to creating a space where comprehensive care and compassion come together, building a strong and safe therapeutic alliance.
